Justin Elafros is Groups Pastor serving The Village Church in Flower Mound, TX (SBC, Acts 29) where he leads the church’s Home Groups, leaders, and coaches in addition to directing the Groups internship. He earned his B.A. from Moody Bible Institute and his M.A. in ministry from Cedarville University.

Justin has dedicated his adult life to ministry leadership, mentoring, and disciple making. Prior to pastoring at The Village Church he led mission trips with LeaderTreks and was residential director for men at Cedarville University.

Justin specializes in shepherding ministry through small groups, care and counsel strategies in the local church, recruiting and equipping group leaders and coaches, and practical, proven strategies that multiply leaders to meet the community needs of local congregations. He is married to Christy and they have three children, Cooper, Beckham, and Adelyn.

Jared Musgrove is Co-Founder of the Community Leadership Collective and Director of Leadership Development for Beta Upsilon Chi, the nation’s largest Christian fraternity. He has served as a pastor for nearly twenty years, currently as executive pastor and elder at The Well Community Church in Argyle, TX. He has earned degrees in journalism, theology, as well as a doctorate in executive leadership.

Jared has authored several published study guides, contributed to Leading Small Groups That Thrive, and co-authored Guide to Groups: The Art of Leading Community. He is the proud husband of Jenny and father of Jordan and Joshua.

J. J. Seid is Leadership Development Pastor for the five congregations of Frontline Church in the greater metropolitan area of Oklahoma City, OK (SBC, Acts 29), where he oversees staff training, elder and deacon development, and community groups. He earned his B.A. in Art and Design from Judson University, his M.A. in Biblical Studies from Wheaton College, and his Doctorate of Educational Ministry in Executive Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

J. J. firmly believes that community leaders are the front line of pastoral care, and therefore should be pastored and equipped with the utmost care. He is most energized by thinking about how to better equip, coach, and disciple leaders. He is the grateful husband of Kristen, and together they are the parents of Eisley (14), Schaeffer and Ryle (9), and Brinker (6).
